14 hot dog rolls
450g bacon cooked crispy and chopped
128g red onion diced
425g baked beans or chili
256g cheddar shredded
128g bleu cheese crumbles
59ml yellow mustard
59ml deli mustard
59ml ketchup
59ml sweet relish
For the Quick Mac & Cheese side, your will also need: 226g elbow macaroni , 113g cheddar cheese shredded, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp cream cheese, 59 ml milk, sea salt and black pepper to taste.
The big all-American hot dog bar! A recipe for a fabulous spread that’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser amongst the family.
To get started, place bacon on a parchment lined baking tray and place in a preheated oven for 18-20 minutes at 220 degrees or gas mark seven. When the bacon is looking nice and crispy take it out of the oven and put it onto paper towels and allow to cool. Chop the bacon into small pieces and place onto a serving bowl.
Next you want to lay out your other ingredients into serving bowls, including your chopped red onions and condiments and cheese.
Cook your Cheerleaders hot dogs on a preheated grill and roll them every few minutes to get good grill marks on them.
Heat baked beans and place in a serving bowl.
Start preparing your mac and cheese per instructions on the box. Drain macaroni and place back into a hot sauce pan. Add butter, milk and cream cheese and blend well.
With the pot over low heat add shredded cheese and stir until completely melted. Add additional milk if needed.
Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
